Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, the app helps you discover qualified professionals tailored to your specific needs.
The platform serves two audiences: guests / clients looking for care and providers offering their services.
For Guests & Clients
As a guest, you can explore and connect with providers without needing an account. Here’s what you can do:
- Guided Discovery Wizard — Answer a few simple questions (who the support is for, what type of help you need, preferred language, and location) and receive a curated list of providers matched to your needs.
- Browse & Search — Explore providers by category, specialty, language, and location. Use filters to narrow results by distance, availability, and session mode (in-person / online).
- Provider Profiles — View detailed profiles including credentials, specialties, bio, languages spoken, and practice location on a map.
- Direct Contact — Reach providers directly via WhatsApp, phone call, website, or Instagram — no middleman.
- Referrals — Share a provider’s profile with friends or family through a unique referral link.
For Providers
Mental health professionals and childcare providers can register, build a verified profile, and grow their practice:
- Onboarding & Profile Setup — Create a professional profile with your photo, bio, credentials, specialties, languages, and practice details.
- Certificate Upload — Upload your professional certifications for verification by our admin team.
- Program Management — List the programs and services you offer so clients can understand your approach.
- Location & Availability — Set your practice location on the map and indicate whether you’re accepting new clients.
- Visibility & Discovery — Once approved, your profile appears in search results and wizard recommendations, so clients can find and contact you directly.

Is the app free to use?
Yes. Searching for and contacting providers is completely free for guests and clients.
Do I need an account to browse providers?
No. You can explore provider profiles and use the discovery wizard without creating an account. An account is only needed if you want to register as a provider.
How are providers verified?
Providers upload their professional certifications during onboarding. Our admin team reviews and approves each submission before the provider’s profile becomes publicly visible.
What languages does the app support?
The app interface is available in English, Arabic, and French. You can also filter providers by the languages they speak.
How do I delete my account?
