Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. Here’s how to request account and data deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

To request deletion of your account and all associated personal data, send an email to support@mentorandguide.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Please include the email address associated with your Mentor & Guide account so we can locate and process your request.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, photo)
  • Wizard responses and search preferences
  • Provider profile and credentials (if applicable)
  • Uploaded documents and photos
  • Notification history

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you will need to create a new account.
